The Vans “Watermelon” Pack is being brought back! This pack includes the Vans Authentic and Vans Slip-On sneakers each using a Red base with watermelon seeds throughout while sitting overtop a White and Green sole. You can look for these at select retailers such as orchard central overseas.

This past weekend held the Nibwaakaawin All Nations Skate Jam, and to celebrate Vans linked up with Pendleton for a special pack of kicks! The pack includes the SK8-HI’s, Classic Slip-On’s and Chukka Low’s each of which features Pendleton fabrics on the upper. These kicks were only available at the event with the proceeds going towards Nibwaakaawin’s fundraising efforts to empower Native youth through skateboarding!

 Soul4stree, a Thai based website recently held a custom sneaker contest which is their second go round. Soul4street edned up linking up with ‘Unkle’ (a forum user) on a pair of Vans Slip-Ons in which they took inspiration from the Nike SB Dunk High ‘Unkle’ by Futura which released several years back. New York band Gorilla Biscuits have linked up with Vans on a few pairs of upcoming sneaks for the Spring 2011! The Sk8-Hi and Slip-On are the models of choice each of which uses pastel colors which are inspired by Gorilla Biscuits iconography. You can expect these to drop in January at select Vans retailers!

Vans Japan has just dropped the “Mexican Blanket” Pack which includes two models! The pack includes the Vans Slip-On and Sk8 Hi both done up with a Mexican Blanket upper using Pink, Purple and Blue colors. You can grab both of these now from ABC-Mart!

Honoring the Day of the Dead, Vans Vault has designed two Sk8 Hi’s and two Slip-On’s to celebrate the holiday! Both shoes in each model feature a Black/White colorway and a ,ulti colored colorway and sport detailed embroideries on the shoes as well. You can look for these to release on October 1st, 2010!
